Greg is currently Director at xchange, an industry-agnostic impact investor and incubator for early stage social enterprises in the Philippines. Prior to joining xchange, Greg was Executive Director of social enterprise Gifts and Graces Fair Trade Foundation.

Greg has worked in the field of social development, innovation, and entrepreneurship for the last 14 years and is strongly committed to social equity and poverty eradication through entrepreneurship, education, and culture. In recognition of her being one of the Philippines’ young leaders in social development, Greg was named an Asia Society Asia 21 Philippines Fellow, Class of 2007.

Greg was a Supporting Women Leaders Scholar of the IE Brown Executive MBA. She graduated from the program in 2013 and became a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
